Speed, Agility and Funny Elephant Pictures

This funny elephant picture shows an elephant in the starting blocks and about to display surprising speed, agility and skill as he sprints down the track to the amazement of all. This humorous concept stock image can be used to show attributes of a company, product or service that go beyond expectations. One certainly doesn't expect to see an elephant in the starting blocks, crouched down in a sprinter's crouch. My question: Where are his track shoes?

Pictures of Elephants Doing Funny Things

We have a large and growing collection of pictures of elephants doing funny things. We have elephants skateboarding, hang gliding, flying, hiding in trees, sumo wrestling, disco dancing and more. Our elephants were photographed at camps where they are rescued and cared for. One such camp was at the Anantara Resort in Northern Thailand, in the Golden Triangle. We (Stephanie...my partner and I) took their elephant Mahout training program and had a great time learning to handle and care for these huge and powerful creatures.

Elephants make great symbols of contrasting themes such as big yet nimble, strong yet gentle, wild and intelligent along with other qualities such as great memories and strong social bonds. Humans tend to feel kinship and respect towards elephants; there is a natural interest which predisposes us towards a favorable view of the great mammals and anything they are associated with. Therefore they make great stock photos of a conceptual nature. Who doesn't love elephants?
